GOCLINY.com ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY

GOCLINY is non-Profit members only riding club dedicated to aiding children in need. Our business focuses on providing awareness, support, and prevention to child abuse, and mistreatment.

Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY may ask for personal information like your name, email, age range, and gender. Currently, there is no known reason why we would ask for private information such as your social security number, your bank account, or your credit card numbers. If a person represent either Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY please report it immediate to webmaster@gocliny.com.

Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information on our Web site and are using and developing technologies that give you a powerful, safe, and enjoyable online experience. We know that safeguarding your privacy is important in providing you with a safe and secure online environment at GOCLINY.com. Please take a minute to read the following policy so that you may understand how we treat the personal information you may give us. As we update and expand our services, we reserve the right to change this policy without notice, so please feel free to revisit this privacy policy periodically. COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW AND REGULATORY AGENCIES

Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY reserves the right disclose your personal information if: we believe in good faith that we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or other legal due process. Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY also reserves the right disclose information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Service or to protect the safety of our other users and the public in general. In addition, Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY reserves the right to access information for administrative and other purposes we believe are necessary to develop, maintain and improve our site and club.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

We may collect information in several ways from different parts of our web site. Some personal information may be gathered if you register on our site. During the registration process, we might ask for your e-mail address, phone number and address. The more information you provide, the better we are able to increase your online experience, and you will be able to take full advantage of the GOCLINY.com offerings.

USE OF THE INFORMATION

As a general rule: we will not disclose any of your information. Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others. If Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY decides to do so in the future you can instruct us in advance not to by sending us an email message to webmaster@gocliny.com . Failure to notify us will be considered approval to do so.

We may share and/ or aggregate your information with our other users for advertisers, business partners, sponsors and other third parties directly involved in our site to provide a better online experience or other necessary work.

THIRD PARTIES

Some of our services are offered in conjunction with third parties. These third parties are upstanding companies that have helped develop products and/ or services for Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY. We do not own these companies and we cannot speak for them on privacy issues. We will not release your information to them unless we see a specific need for them to know. Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY will make every reasonable effort to insure that your data once communicated is kept under the some level of privacy that we have provided to you on our site.

As a standard practice, Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY assigns a random number to each user for anonymously tracking content preferences and traffic patterns. Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY uses cookies to track user entries in the GOCLINY.com site, as well as other contests and promotions. Without cookies, we could not track your entries. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure it is secure on our systems.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION?

Any registration data will be password protected so that only you and Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY staff have access to this personal information. You may edit your registration data by using your password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Guardians of the Children and/ or GOCLINY staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstance. Our policy is to reset your password and allow you to change it as needed. If you share your computer or use a computer that is accessed by the general public, remember to "sign out" of your GOCLINY.com account, close your browser window, and clear the browser history and cookies when you have finished your session. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you use these services AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Users should be aware that when you are at the GOCLINY.com site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. Typically, links are used to take you outside our service.
